Aligning Accommodations & Supports: Realizing Outcome

The primary purpose of this workshop is to expand the capacity of community partners to promote the successful transition of youth/young adults with disabilities to post-school outcomes. This session will heighten the awareness of these differences and help develop strategies to decrease systemic barriers.
