Early Childhood Mental Health Initiatives in Pennsylvania

The Office of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services (OMHSAS) has committed to addressing the need for early childhood (birth to age 3) mental health services in Pennsylvania. This work is being reported on the new OHMSAS stakeholder Web site and includes information on Pennsylvania’s Early Childhood Mental Health Consultation Project, a Directory of Early Childhood Mental Health Consultants, and information on The Early Childhood Mental Health Advisory Committee.  Visit the site to see what is happening, and how you can become involved.
