Visit Online College Mental Health Fair

A variety of national organizations, including Mental Health America host this online mental health fair for college students facing mental health issues and their parents. Visit virtual booths for important tips and tools. For example at Mental Health America's booth you can:

• Get the real facts about mental health conditions
• Find resources for seeking help
• Access the special college edition of Mental Health America’s pod cast
• Take action against insurance discrimination and be a voice for change
• Learn about one student’s journey for mental health

Also of note, the Active Minds booth. Active Minds is the only national organization dedicated to utilizing the student voice to raise mental health awareness on the college campus. Student and staff members work to promote understanding of the issues and promote a dialogue that is supportive and stigma-free. Active Minds is now on 70 campuses. The organization was founded in 2001 by twenty year-old Alison Malmon, after the suicide of her only sibling, older brother Brian Malmon.
