Life after High School: Ensuring Successful Outcomes for All Students (3 locations)
This Transition Video Conference will help family members of transition age youth (ages 14 to 21) gain a general understanding of the secondary transition process. It will also assist families in developing effective strategies to assist their children in planning for life after high school. The workshop will include parent-oriented activities which will be monitored at each site by PEN staff.
